Interplastic Corporation’s Thermoset Resins Division is raising the price of its CoREZYN® and Silmar® brand polyester resins, gel-coats, colorants and putties.
The price increase of US$0.04/lb will apply to all shipments on, or after, 30 October 2010.

“The tight supply, along with increased demand of key raw materials, is the primary driver for this increase," explains Steve Wetzel, National Sales Manager. "Crude oil has also risen recently driving up the cost of most basic chemicals.”

Interplastic Corporation is a speciality chemical company with headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Its Thermoset Resins Division focuses on the production and distribution of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, gel-coats and colorants for the composites and cast polymer industries
