Under the terms of this agreement, Megara will manufacture modified rosin resins for Resinall's exclusive sale and distribution into the printing ink industry. This agreement includes resins and resin compositions utilizing Resinall technology as well as gum rosin resins formerly produced and sold by Megara. Megara Resins is the largest gum rosin and rosin resin producer in Greece.
