It is report that the new world rosin technology standard PCA808 which will be issued by world pine tree chemicals association technology branch in end of 2003, the standard will develop to be an ISO standard within two or three years. China party did not take part in enacting the new standard, relevant manufacturers in China are in disadvantage status.
