Momentive Specialty Chemicals to Raise AXILAT™ Dispersion Prices in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Effective November 4, 2013, or as contracts allow, Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) will increase prices in Europe, Middle East and Africa for all acrylic, styrene acrylic, vinyl acrylic and other AXILAT™ Dispersions used in the coating market by 90 euros per metric ton. This action is necessary due to the escalation in the cost of raw materials used to manufacture these products. The increase will allow the Company to continue providing a comprehensive service for the benefit of its customers.
