China is the largest gum rosin producing country in the world with annual output around 600,000 Mt in recent years. Total annual export of gum rosin and its derivatives is approximate to 350,000 Mt and accounts for more than 70% of the total world gum rosin and derivatives trade volume.

With recovery of world economy and dramatic change of market since later 2009, gum rosin and its derivatives industry has enter into new era; the new external and internal environment brings significant influence to the gum rosin and its derivatives industry. In order to make a clear outlook in the industry and find a way of sustainable development for upstream and downstream industry, China National Forest Product Industry Association and Rosinnet (Sinoinfo E.commerce Co.Ltd) will sponsor the “2011 China Gum Rosin Industry Summit Forum” in Changsha, Hunan of China on April 19-21.
