1) make sure rosin@rosinnet.com is on your safe/proofed list
2) check your spam box to see if our e-mail is blocked by your e-mail filter
3) contact us to describe your problem
4) if you send us e-mail without receiving any reply but Rosinnet is still updating regularly, please check with your IT department or your e-mail server provider to see if they changed firewall setting, blocked any China IP, keywords or any e-mail with attachment that sent to multiple recipients at the same time
