Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has acquired the Di-na-cal label business from Graphic Packaging International, Inc., effective immediately.
Di-Na-Cal operates manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, OH and Greensboro, NC, and provides decorative label solutions primarily in the heat transfer label markets for Home & Personal Care and Food & Beverage through long-standing relationships with blue chip national and multi-national customers. Revenues related to the Di-na-cal business for calendar 2013 were approximately $64 million.
