In 1972, Globe Chemicals S.A. de C.V. was founded in Mexico City. It's founder , Klaus Kesting, built up the company becoming one of the largest distributors for pharmaceutical raw materials in the local market, before returning in 1977 to Germany after having lived almost 13 years in the country. The goal was to build up from Europe a world-wide operating net for the trade of raw materials, intermediates, chemicals and food products. During the years the Globe Group represented and is representing still a large number of well reputated manufacturers.
