The American Chemistry Council’s subgroup -- the Pine Chemistry Panel – recently produced a video that outlines the history and value of the Pine Chemical industry to the US economy, customers, suppliers, communities and the people who work every day making pine chemicals.
Pine Chemistry Council members include Arizona Chemical, Mead Westvaco, and Georgia Pacific, who each had representatives involved in the production of this seven-minute video. Representing Arizona Chemical was Alan Phillips, Director-Sustainability, who explained that the video also highlights some key issues Arizona Chemical advocates for regarding Crude Tall Oil as a valuable, sustainable, and bio-renewable chemical.
“We are pleased to have worked together to produce this video and value comments or questions about its content,” Phillips said.
