China Hydrocarbon Resin Price May Rise Gradually

According to Consumption Tax Levy Policy released by China State Administration of Taxation, C5 and C9 were included. From the beginning of 2013, SINOPEC had raised price for C5 and C9 gradually.
It is known that about 1385RMB consumption tax had to levy on one ton C5. Thus, producing cost for refineries is raising and they will raise price and affect downstream industry accordingly.  A few hydrocarbon resin companies had raised price already but most companies were keeping still before making clear detail of consumption tax levy policy. Many hydrocarbon resin plants still have enough C5 AND C9 storage, but hydrocarbon resin price may raise as they placing new orders.
