Sulzer recently announced it has acquired Krøger A/S, a leading manufacturer of dispensers in Greve, Denmark. The acquisition reportedly expands the product portfolio of the Sulzer Mixpac business unit and strengthens its position as technology leader and solution provider for one- and two-component application systems for industrial sealants and adhesives. The integration of the acquired business into Sulzer will begin immediately. All employees will reportedly be retained.
