FLEXcon to Purchase JDC Coatings’ Silicone PSAs

FLEXcon recently announced it has signed a binding letter of intent to purchase JDC Coatings Inc.’s silicone PSA line of products, including its customer list for those products, as well as the inventory and product specifications. The move reportedly extends FLEXcon’s silicone PSA offerings and allows the company to deliver products to serve its industrial customer base with a wider range of products in high-performance applications.
