This increase is driven by continued cost increases of key raw materials. This is separate from the earlier announced increases for Precursors and Major Resins (Basic Liquid and Solid Epoxies, Powder Coatings Solids, Allylics, BPA and ECH) dated January 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged.
