Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. to Raise Prices for BPA and Epoxy Resins in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Columbus, Ohio (March 25, 2011) – Effective April 1 2011, or as contract terms allow, Momentive Specialty Chemicals will increase prices of epoxy resin grades by 200 USD/MT and bisphenol A (BPA) by 100 EUR/MT across the European, Middle Eastern and African regions. This increase is driven by continued tightness in the market and pressure on cost and availability of underlying feedstocks.
