Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. To Raise Prices for Epoxy Resins In Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Columbus, Ohio (February 25, 2011) – Effective March 1, 2011 or as contract terms allow, Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. will increase prices of Liquid and Solution Epoxy Resin grades by 150 Euro/MT and Solid Resin grades by 200 Euro/MT in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This increase is in addition to other increases previously announced and is driven by continued cost increases of key raw materials.
