WILMINGTON, Del. — Ashland Hercules Water Technologies, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc., will increase prices on July 15 for its portfolio of rosin-based sizes sold in North America. This increase is necessary to ensure sustained supply of rosin-based products to the paper industry.
