KINGSPORT, Tenn., March 10, 2009 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective April 1, or as contracts allow.

Eastman™ Isopropyl Acetate : Off-list price increase of $US 0.04/lb ($US 0.088/kg) globally.

Eastman™ Propyl Acetate : Off-list price increase of $US 0.04/lb ($US 0.088/kg) globally.

Eastman™ n-Butyl Acetate : Off-list price increase of $US 0.04/lb ($US 0.088/kg) globally.

Eastman™ Isobutyl Acetate : Off-list price increase of $US 0.04/lb ($US 0.088/kg) globally.
