WILMINGTON, DE, April 2, 2008 . . . Hercules Incorporated (NYSE: HPC) announced that Moody’s Investor Service raised the corporate family rating to "Ba1" from "Ba2" with a positive outlook. In addition, Moody's upgraded the Company's senior secured Bank Credit Facility to "Baa2" from "Baa3" and adjusted the other debt ratings upward.
According to Moody's, the ratings upgrades were driven by debt reduction and strong cash flows.
