Rosin market still keeps stable in the week. The weather turns colder and colder in main rosin producing areas, such as Guangxi, Guangdong, Jianxi, Fujian and Yunnan province. The end date of producing season ( the date of raw material stop producing) will be the end of Nov in Guangdong and Jianxi province, the end of Dec in Guangxi province, the mid of Dec in Fujian province, the end of Juan in 2003 in Yunan province. The current rosin (ww grade, steam method) price is 4350-4400RMB/ton in Guangxi, 4400-4500RMB/ton in Guangdong, 4350-4500RMB/ton in Fujian province, 4150-4250RMB/ton in Yunnan province; in Huangpu port, quoted at 4400-4500RMB/ton, mildly increase about 50RMB per ton. Rosin market in domestic is still in depression, but the export market run in the right track, the current export price quote at 500US$/ton FOB Huangpu port, but the export quotation is expected to rise to 510US$/ton sometimes later because rosin price mildly increase in domestic market. Most rosin manufacturers have already sold quite large number of rosin in theirs factories to cope with financial pressure and market risk, but some manufacturers didn’t give quotation for the moment due to the expectation of better market in future. Rosin market is expected to keep stable until the next month according to the current market situation.
