Acculyte Industrial has been acquired by Southgate Packaging Limited. With its products already well-established in the UK hot melt glue market, Acculyte Industrial will provide Southgate Packaging with valuable additions to its own comprehensive portfolio of packaging equipment and consumables brands.
This acquisition will also enable Southgate to invest in the further development of the Stickfast product range and brand strength.
