SINGAPORE : Singapore-listed Sinomem Technology said it plans to list its recently-incorporated firm China Green Innovation on SGX Catalist.
China Green was incorporated on October 15 .
The proposed listed entity was also incorporated to be the holding company of Rosin Chemical, a pine-based products maker which is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suntar Investment.
Suntar Investment is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mainboard-listed Sinomem.
Rosin Chemical produces pine-based products using pine oleoresin or intermediate pine-based products as a raw material.
Pine oleoresin is harvested from pine trees, which are abundant in Wuping Country in the Chinese proviince of Fujian.
Rosin Chemical's products are used in the making of paints, adhesives, food and beverage products as well as fragrances and cosmetics.
Its parent company Sinomen is a provider of integrated water solutions, based on its proprietary knowledge of membane technology and biological treatment. - CNA/ch
