Recently, a demonstration base for pinus elliottii plant has been set up in Jingmen city, Hubei province, covering area of 1500 mu (around 100 hectare) with 1.1 million well-bred seedlings.
In recent years, Jingmen’s technological achievements on pinus elliottii seedling grow and plant had won provincial and national prizes, its government is promoting the commercialization of technological achievements. Output value after project finish is estimated to achieve RMB11.5million (USD1.7million ).
