Sinostar International Ltd. in Hong Kong, the organizer of the CHINACOAT series of exhibitions, announced the show date of CHINACOAT this year, originally scheduled to be held on Dec, 1-3 in Guangzhou, needed to be re-scheduled to Sept. 27-29.
Sinostar International said during the period of Nov. 5 to Dec. 19, Guangzhou will hold the Asian and Asian Para Games, and there will be no trade show allowed within this period of time.
Sinostar added that Oct. 1 to 7 is China's National Day Holiday, and is then followed by three phases of the Canton Autumn Import/Export Trade fair, which will last until Nov. 4. Thus the best possible choice is Sept. 27-29.
Sinostar Interantional added that although they need to hold the show by end of September, they trust with the economy picking up both in China and other parts of the world, they anticipate the impact of the changing of show date will not affect the interest of the trade people all over the world to visit the show.
