We are pleased to announce that Forestar Chemical Co., Ltd. has completed its registration procedures and is open for business. Forestar is a joint-venture company, established by China National Forest Products Industry Corporation (a state-owned company, hereinafter referred to CNFPIC) and individual investors Lifeng Song and Naiyin Zhang. CNFPIC has a majority stake in the company. The directorate consists of the following persons.

Lifeng Song vice chairman of the board and general manager of Forestar
Qingkui Guan director and vice general manager of Forestar (vice president of CNFPIC)
Naiyin Zhang director of the board (general manager of Star Pine Chemical Co., Ltd.)
Zuqun He director of the board (general manager of HuaLin Chemical Co., Ltd.)
Forestar is responsible for managing and operating the pine chemical business, including the part that China Forest Corp. is running. The purpose of reinforcing Forestar’s business function is to markedly improve its ability to serve customers and give it the power to compete in the market by integrating manufacturing-capacity resources, market network resources, human resources, and financial resources.
Forestar’s business structure combines production and manufacturing, research and customer service, and trading. Our core business is food-grade resins, ink and adhesive resins, and turpentine derivatives.
