Resinall Europe bvba and RÜTGERS Germany GmbH are pleased to announce
the formation of Resinall Rütgers Resins GmbH as a Joint Venture Company
with registered office at Duisburg, Germany. The primary purpose of the Joint
Venture will be the manufacture and sales of hydrocarbon resins, hybrid resins,
resin solutions and varnishes for the printing ink industry in Europe.

Resinall Rütgers Resins intends to install manufacturing reactors and other
equipment based on RESINALL’s resin technology in the RÜTGERS plant site in
Duisburg, Germany. RESINALL will provide R&D, engineering, sales, marketing
and technical service for the European printing ink industry. RÜTGERS will
provide manufacturing, site and administration services and its highly efficient
logistics network.

The combination of RÜTGERS existing manufacturing infrastructure together
with RESINALL’s technology and printing ink resin expertise and the excellent
reputations of both companies are valuable assets which Resinall Rütgers Resins
offers the European printing ink industry.
